Our guarantee covers:

  • All Defects in craftsmanship in the jewellery you purchase for a period of 3 years from your order date.

If we find that the item you purchased had a defect:

  • We will repair it without any cost to you.
  • If we feel that the item cannot be repaired to our satisfaction we will exchange the item for a new one.

Please note:

  • The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or accidental or intentional damage.
  • The guarantee does not cover any loss, breakage or damage of coloured gemstones or diamonds.
  • The item must not have been altered or repaired by a third party.
  • All guarantee claims will be at the sole discretion of Diamond Treats.
  • The guarantee does not cover Branded products, as any guarantee (if applicable) is provided by the Brand directly.

Our objective is to ensure you are FULLY SATISFIED with your purchase and whether we find that a damaged item is covered under our guarantee or not, we will always try our best to offer to repair the item either at no cost or minimal cost to you.  

If we must charge you for a repair, we will always let you know why, and get your approval before going ahead with a chargeable repair.
