Returns Policy


Whether you want to exchange an item or get a full refund, to make your shopping experience as risk free as possible, we operate a ‘No Quibble’ refund policy as long as the goods are returned back to us in the same condition with all certificates, invoice and packaging!  Please note that returns will still be processed as long as the item of jewellery is returned to us, however, we would much appreciate it if you could return the certificates and packaging that you received as well.

At Diamond Treats we are fully committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and have the exceptional shopping experience that our customers have always been used to.  If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then simply return your purchased jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note, if you selected a chargeable shipping option when placing the order, then the shipping cost is not refundable. 

We are able to sterilise earrings if returned so are happy for customers to return their Diamond Earrings if necessary as well.


All "Made to Order" items are custom made for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.  These items will be clearly marked as "MADE TO ORDER" under the Add to Bag button on the product pages.  Returning or exchanging items are a consumers 'right to cancel'.  Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumers' specifications or are clearly personalised.  In our store, these items will normally be rings which have to be specially made to your finger size. 


We offer FREE EXCHANGES to UK customers, so if you wish to exchange the item for another then just let our returns team know.  If the new item you choose is more expensive than the item being returned then you will have to pay the difference, however if the item is less expensive then we will refund the difference back to the credit card that was used to pay for it in the first place.
