To ensure that the Returns process is as smooth and quick as possible, we recommend the following steps:
Please send an email at email@example.com to let us know that you wish to return your purchased item, quoting your order number and specifying if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Our returns team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.
Please send the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. This is not an obligation but a recomendation.
Upon receipt of the Returns Authorisation Number, please place the jewellery together with all certificates, invoice and packaging in its original box. Please make sure that the outer box is sealed properly. Please note that returns will still be processed as long as the item of jewellery is returned to us, however we would much appreciate it if you could return the certificates and packaging that you received as well.
UK Customers (our recommendation):
Please place the sealed box in a silver Royal Mail Special Delivery bag to return to our address and be sure to ask the Post Office to insure the goods for its full value.
Please make sure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office and keep your receipt as proof of sending until your refund has been processed.
International customers - We recommend that you return the item back to our address using FedEx International Priority shipment and request that you email the FedEx tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. As the the items remain your responsibility until they have been received at our address we feel that this is the most suitable method of shipment for jewellery.
Once we receive the item, our Quality Check team will ensure that it is in same condition as it was in when sent to you and has not been damaged.
Once we have checked that the item is as it was when sent to you, we will issue the refund immediately (normally within 24 hours of receiving the goods)
Our returns team will email you as soon as the refund has been processed at our end.
Refunds will take about 3-5 days to appear on your credit card statement which is simply due to the time your bank takes to process the refund. Once we have processed the refund it’s up to the bank to put the money back in your account.
Refunds are always processed back to the same payment method that you used to when making the purchase.
All items will remain your responsibility until they have been received at our address.
